Shipping Policy

We do not ship as a rule. If you place an order, you must be prepared to have someone pick it up at our retail location. Even for schools that will deliver orders at the school (if available, that option is shown in the ordering process), if you order after the deadline for school orders you will need to pick it up. If you have some unusual circumstances that might qualify for an exception to our shipping policy and you are willing to pay shipping and handling charges for an out-of-area order, you must call and get our agreement to handle shipping for you before you place your order. During our peak season, it is difficult for us to have the time and man power to pack and ship orders.
