If you place an order and subsequently wish to cancel it, you must call or email us as soon as possible. Please do not leave a voicemail as it is not checked frequently. If you cannot get in touch with us via phone, please email us promptly.
If we have not started to work on your order, we will refund 100% of your payment less the internet processing fee for online orders. If your order is partially complete, we will refund your order price less whatever work has been done that can not be returned to stock. If your order has been completed, we will attempt to sell your order for you at a discounted price in our store. If we are successful we will give you the amount received from the sale less the price of your custom names streamer that can’t be reused.
All mum/garter supplies are returnable in new condition only. We do not accept return of supplies that have been damaged or altered. We do not accept returns on custom orders (i.e. names, custom backs, cut-out or special requests.)
